Leverage an array of training, professional certification, or industry-recognized programs, designed to upskill your workforce to meet the demands of the digital economy.
From our region’s top universities to leading organizations charting the future of advanced manufacturing, South Bend – Elkhart has no shortage of resources. The LIFT network brings more than 250 of them together in one place, all ready to help you take your business, your career, and your ideas to the next level.
We have been home to Studebaker, Alka-Seltzer, and the Fighting Irish. We gave the world the RV and the seedless watermelon. And while we’re rooted in the past, we’re not mired in it. The LIFT portal is a direct result of a regional economic development strategic plan that aims to underscore and empower the organic spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship baked into our people and make us competitors in the global marketplace.
We’re bringing together business, community, and education partners focused on creating the diversified economy of the future based on technology and advanced manufacturing.
